In adults increased level of heavy metals is due to exposure to heavy metal vapours. While in children’s source is mercury and silver containing drugs and consumption of lead contained water or paint. Selective photothermolysis principle is use in the treatment of Pigmented lesions in which proper wavelength light is used. Light is passed through chromophore which absorbs the light and generate the heat that eventually breaks up pigmented lesions and adjacent tissue remain undamaged.
